Martinez (Tony) Cobb joined Notre Dame Research in 2016 as the Facilities Program Director. In this role, he coordinates the day-to-day operations of Notre Dame Research facilities, including implementing and executing building policies and procedures for safety, cost structures, and central services. In addition, he is responsible for the coordination of all facilities maintenance, construction, renovations, renewal, and relocation projects. Martinez spent eight years at Oklahoma State University, serving as Assistant Director of Athletic Facilities. He also served as the Facilities Manager at Tulsa Community College. Martinez studied Broadcast Communications at the University of Central Oklahoma and Northern Oklahoma College.

Christopher Doll joined Notre Dame Research in 2016 as Facilities Associate Program Director for McCourtney Hall. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the research building by managing shipping and receiving functions and working with outside contractors, as well as University maintenance staff, to ensure seamless operation of the facility. Prior to joining Notre Dame, Chris spent several years working in commercial property management in both California and Chicago. He is currently pursuing a degree in accounting at Indiana University.

Rachel Parks joined Notre Dame Research in 2015 as a Grants Program Manager. Rachel provides post-award support for all faculty in McCourtney Hall of Molecular Science & Engineering for cross-disciplinary research as well as the department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Prior to joining Notre Dame, Rachel worked as the Grants and Research Manager in the Center for Secure Cyberspace at Louisiana Tech University. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
